Standard Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind under our Standard Refund
Policy, however:

If for any reason your good(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are
not the correct product(s) you ordered, we will exchange it with a replacement
product of the same value. Please take a photo and contact us within 10 days
of receiving the product(s), so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct

We ship Australian orders via Australia Post from our warehouses in

of receiving the product(s), so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct

• Details of issue with product

Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it. The benefits
provided to you under this policy are in addition to other rights and remedies
you may have under relevant laws relating to the products, such as the
Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a
major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a
major failure.
